Over three hours, you'll cycle through ice bath immersion, grounding breathwork, and restorative sauna heat. Your body will awaken. Your mind will clear. And you'll do it all in a place where world-class architecture meets untamed Ozark forest, five miles of sculpture trails, and spring-fed ponds.
End your evening with the spring equinox sunset and join the Deep Listening Club at SkySpace for a contemplative experience that extends the magic.
THE EXPERIENCE
Cold Water Immersion - You'll start in the ice—shocking, invigorating, alive. Feel the rush as your nervous system awakens and your mind sharpens.
Guided Breathwork - Justin (True Self Health) leads you through breathing techniques that transform the cold into power. Learn the science and the sensation.
Wood-Fired Sauna - Garrett (RVROX Sauna Co.) provides his beautiful mobile sauna where your body recovers and clarity settles in. The cycle—cold to heat—is where the real transformation happens.
