Breath For Stress Online Course Service Agreement

Welcome to True Self Health’s "Breath For Stress" self-paced online course. By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which form the service agreement between you (the Participant) and True Self Health (the Provider). Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding to checkout.

Course Access and Use:

1. Grant of Access: Upon purchase, True Self Health grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited access to the "Breath For Stress" online course content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Course Availability: The course will be available to you for an indefinite period, starting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified or terminated in accordance with this agreement.

3. User Account: You may be required to create a user account to access the course materials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Payment and Refund Policy:

1. Payment: The course fee is due in full (or in 2 parts if choosing payment plan) at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely.

2. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of this course, there will be no refunds.  

Intellectual Property Rights:

1. Ownership: All course materials, including videos, documents, and other content, are the exclusive property of True Self Health LLC. Unauthorized use, sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. License to Use: By enrolling in the course, you are granted a license to view and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with this agreement.

Participant Conduct:

1. Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner while participating in the course and interacting with other participants and instructors.

2. Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from using the course materials for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, infringing on the intellectual property rights of True Self Health or others, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or damages the course delivery platform.

Termination:

True Self Health reserves the right to terminate your access to the course without refund if you violate this agreement, engage in conduct that is harmful to True Self Health or other participants, or for any other breach of this agreement.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

The "Breath For Stress" course is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. True Self Health does not guarantee any specific results from participation in the course. True Self Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the course.

Agreement:

By completing the checkout process and enrolling in the "Breath For Stress" course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Service Agreement.
