- Sessions are customized to your needs & goals and include a combination of breathwork, mindfulness meditation, cold-exposure coaching, and movement.
- An online client portal to easily access past session recordings and accompanying exercises + resources (when applicable).
- Access to our Breathwork Library, filled with breath techniques and practices.
- $150 per session. (Can purchase multiple sessions. We also have packages available for increased value.)
